LG which is aggressively moving forward in bringing innovative smartphones to market like LG G2, recently showcased their latest biggest innovation of all time by launching a smartphone with curved OLED display. The showcase event happened in Delhi, India and was revealed to media, but the price has not be revealed yet. But we expect that the cost of phone shall be nearly Rs. 60K approx.
LG G Flex boasts a beautiful 6″ HD curved OLED display with a concave curve from top to bottom with a radius of 700mm. It’s display resolution is 1280×780 pixels, hence its not Full HD like LG G2 is. It is powered by 2.26 GHz quad-core snapdragon 800 processor and runs on a highly customized Android Jelly bean 4.2.2. Remaining specs are similar to LG G2 like 13mp camera with OIS and a 2.1 MP front facing camera but it got a larger battery i.e. 3500 mAh.
Similar to its predecessor (LG G2), this phone has also got some extra features like Quick theater or Answer Me. While other other big feature to enhance user experience like Dual window for Multi-Tasking, Swing-Lockscreen, LG Knock-On to Guest Mode, Slide Aside and many more. Another interesting part of LG G Flex is self healing technology. If the back of this phone is pressed by any weight upto 40KG, it can withstand it easily and would heal back immediately to curve and won’t even get any scratches too easily.
