Taiwanese smartphone and PC giant ASUS has launched its latest phone of the Zenfone Series- The ASUS Zenfone Live. ASUS has claimed the Zenfone Live to be the world’s first smartphone with hardware-optimized, real-time beautification technology.
The brand has talked a bit about some features of the Zenfone Live. ASUS has provided an inbuilt app called ‘BeautyLive’, which provides live beautification filters during a live stream and integrates with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The Zenfone Live comes with a 5MP front camera with large 1.4µm pixel size for greater light sensitivity and 82° wide field of view, along with a soft-light LED flash. To improve the audio, there is a dual MEMS Microphone setup, which eliminates background noise and enhances voice pick up. The phone also comes with a five-magnet speaker with smart amplifier, DTS Headphone X, featuring 7.1 channel virtual surround sound over headphones. The ASUS Zenfone Live will be priced at Rs. 9,999.
The ASUS ZenFone Live a 5-inch 720p HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor (model is not specified), coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone sports a 13MP Pixel Master rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture and dual-LED flash. On the front, as we have mentioned, it has a 5MP camera with a 1.4-micron pixel sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 82-degree wide angle lens, and a soft-light LED flash.

Connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, and GPS/ A-GPS. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ZenUI on top and houses a 2650mAh battery.
