As leaks and rumors regarding the next Pixel phones from Google, the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are flooding the internet, Google seems to be really bringing an almost bezel-less Pixel 3XL with a huge display that measures at 6.7-inches. A new video has surfaced once again, providing a few more key aspects of the phone and that revealed the display size and battery capacity as well.

As per the latest reports, the new Pixel 3XL will pack a huge 6.7-inch QuadHD+ display with tall aspect ratio and a pixel density of 494ppi. However, the exact aspect ratio is not known yet. The phone will pack a 3430mAh battery which seems quite average on paper if we consider the display size and resolution.

The phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845, coupled with 4GB RAM and there will be 64GB onboard storage. Again, though the battery seems to be just enough, Google will put its best optimizations in the device with Android 9.0 Pie, which might help users get a day’s juice easily, and Qualcomm’s Quick Charge will also be there for sure, but no one is sure about the exact Quick Charging type.

In terms of camera, however, Google is still sticking to the single 12-megapixel sensor on the back and will rely on software processing rather than adding another lens on the back for the bokeh effect. While, on the front, on Pixel 3 XL, there will be dual-front camera while Pixel 3 gets only one. However, Android Authority points out that there might more than one front-facing camera, as claimed by the content creator who posted a video leaking the Pixel 3 XL.

With the Pixel 3 Xl, Google is ditching the two-tone effect as well as the whole back of the phone seems to be covered by the reflective glass only. However, the fingerprint scanner is placed on the back and carries away the same circular design, and also, there seem to be front firing speakers for a good and loud audio experience. Also, with the new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL, we may see the new Pixel Buds as well as popular tipster Evan Blass recently hinted towards a possible refresh in the Pixel Buds lineup.

You’ll notice that there’s a set of USB Type-C headphones included in the retail box. This appears to be a concession for removing the headphone jack from the device, as using the included headphones will prevent you from having to use a dongle if you don’t own a set of Bluetooth headphones.

The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL managed to deliver portrait mode without the need for a dual camera setup. In fact, Google’s HDR+ feature and portrait mode make a strong case for computational photography paired with a single camera setup. From the images above, we can assume that all versions of the Google Pixel 3 will come with a single camera lens on the rear, just like the previous line.

It is also rumored that Google will also launch their first ever Pixel Smartwatch at the launch of Pixel 3 which should happen on October 4, 2018. As Qualcomm also sent out invites for the launch of their new Wear OS-compatible chipset for Sept 10, it is quite possible that Google with launch their first smartwatch with that every chipset and call it Pixel Watch.
