Vietnamese smartphone brand Mobiistar has announced the launch of its latest smartphone, the Mobiistar X1 Notch in India. The phone comes with a gradient curved back design and the brand says that the phone is focused for selfie lovers as it packs various features to optimize selfies. The brand aims to position the phone among the top 5 smartphones in the affordable segment in the country.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Carl Ngo Co-founder and CEO of Mobiistar, India and Global said, “We could not have begun the year in a better way than with the launch of the X1 Notch. The Mobiistar X1 Notch is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 Quad-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz, coupled with 2GB or 3GB of RAM. There is 16GB memory onboard on the 2GB RAM variant while on the 3GB variant there is 32GB internal memory. The phone features a 5.7-inch HD+ display with a notch maximizing the viewing area.
In terms of camera, there is a 13MP primary camera with an f/2.2. While on the front as well, there is a 13MP selfie camera with f/2.0, and the front-facing camera comes with AI-based features which tune the selfies by optimizing the lighting conditions. The brand claims that the AI makes it possible to produce sharper and clearer in both bright and low light situations.
The phone comes with dual SIM dual VoLTE, offering crystal clear high definition audio during calls. There is a fingerprint scanner on the back for security along with face unlock. The phone packs a 3020 mAh battery and it is available in three colours- Gradient Shine, Midnight Black, and Sapphire Blue. In terms of pricing the base model with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage will be available for sale at a price of Rs. 8,499 while the higher variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage is priced at Rs. 9,499. As a part of the launch offer, Jio users will get Rs. 2200 cashback with the newly launched Mobiistar devices while they opt for plans worth Rs. 198 and 299.
