Today, Amazon has launched Prime Reading, another benefit that is now available exclusively for its Prime members in India. Prime members can now enjoy unlimited reading from a selection of best-selling eBooks at no additional cost. Till now, Amazon Prime had been offering unlimited free & fast delivery, unlimited Indian & international video content, unlimited ad-free music in several languages, exclusive and early access to deals etc. and here’s another reason why someone should definitely go with the Amazon Prime.

Commenting on the launch of Prime Reading, Rajiv Mehta, Country Manager, Kindle India said, “Prime Reading builds the habit of reading. Prime members can now read their favourite titles at no additional cost by conveniently downloading and reading eBooks within minutes. They can discover and read new and bestselling titles from a variety of authors at no additional cost. eBooks under Prime Reading include all genres like Literature & Fiction, Travel, and Romance.” While, Akshay Sahi, Director and Head of Prime, Amazon India added, “Prime Reading is now available to members on their Kindle E-readers and the free Kindle app. Amazon Prime already offers members great value with free, fast delivery, streaming of movies, TV series, music and lots more. Prime Reading allows members to read hundreds of popular eBooks under various genres ranging including literature and fiction, comics, non-fiction and in books in Indian languages including Hindi and Tamil. To enjoy the benefits of Prime Reading, members can download the Kindle Lite app which is a tiny app and then can just explore the books for free via Prime Reading.
