As the music streaming industry is growing at a fast pace in India, e-commerce giant Amazon has just launched the Amazon Prime Music in India. Amazon Prime Music is a music streaming service that will offer ad-free music streaming, exclusively to Amazon Prime members. Amazon Prime Music will also offer unlimited offline downloads and voice controls using Alexa at no additional cost to Prime membership.
Amazon said in a press note that Prime Music includes tens of millions of songs across major International and Indian music labels in over 10 languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu etc. The Amazon Prime Music app will be available on both Android and iOS, and it will be also available as Desktop app and Web player, Amazon Fire TV sticks and Amazon Echo devices.
Amazon Prime Music is smarter with Alexa Voice controls as users can now find and play music using Alexa voice controls. Amazon Prime Music makes asking for your favorite music as simple and natural as talking to a friend. By simply tapping the Alexa icon in the Amazon Prime Music app and asking for favorite songs, albums and artists it will bring the same to users.
