Chinese smartphone manufacturer Meizu Technology (MEIZU) today announced the launch of its Meizu M2 Note in India. The device will be available from Monday, August 10th exclusively on Amazon India at Rs 9,999. The M2 note is being unveiled six months after the launch of its predecessor, which it outperforms in many aspects. Some of the enriched features include the improved R-angle curve, an optimized camera and a brand-new mBack touch-sensitive button that behaves differently depending on the users input.

Meize M2 Notee has Flyme OS 4.5 on board which is based on latest Android 5.1 operating system and equipped with 64 bit processor, Meizu clams it to highly battery managed phone with various latest android features. It has MT 6753 Octa-core 64 bit processor which has been recently seen in many mid-ranged smartphones already along with Mali-T720 graphics processing unit. And as it kind of seen as mandatory, that any phone above 8K price must have 2GB of RAM, so it has.
With a camera of 13 megapixels (autofocus) and not of Sony but of Samsung CMOS Sensor, it’s capable of recording 4K Video (4280×3120 pixels) and has dual tone LED flash. Clearly, Meizu is focused on giving consumers great Camera phones with superb video recording capabilities.
Another notable thing is, unlike various main stream design which eliminates having any button on front, Meizu M2 comes with a physical home button. Although it’s difficult to understand yet, whether consumers yet like Touch or physical buttons, but here’s the difference this phone makes. Another notable point is having poly-carbonate body which is covered with magnesium-alloy frame, this phone indeed has a solid build. This phone is available in White, blue and Pink colors.
Having a display of 5.5inch Full HD Display, it does have 403 PPI. Less PPI ofcourse can be because of lower costs and it’s being a mid-ranged phone, yet it’s display is equipped with a GFF full lamination technology which minimizes reflection and improves display quality.
Meizu M2 is a dual-SIM phone and phone SIM slots supports TD-LTE and FDD-LTE 4G and users can insert any SIM card into any SIM slot. It requires SIM card sizes to be of Nano, not micro.
Memory is expandable and can support SD cards upto 160GB maximum. And this phone comes in 2 variants of 16 and 32 GB storage capacities.
